The Rotary Club of Delmas-Centre is implementing the “Amos Durosier Excellence Scholarship” at the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales et Économiques (IHECE)

“Honesty and integrity were the pillars of his life. “This testimony of Thomas Lalime in April 2020 in the columns of the daily newspaper Le Nouvelliste sums up what many people remember about the character of this noble giant.  Professor Amos Durosier left no doubt about his passionate commitment to live and transmit the above-mentioned values in all his works either as a teacher, co-founder of academic institutions, or as the first Director General of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC).  He is one of those who allow us to understand this quote from Jean Jaurès, “You do not teach what you know or what you think you know: you only teach and can only teach what you are. »
